At Image King, our name is on every product we make — and we stand behind it. We have built our reputation over three decades on consistency and reliability. But if something is ever not right with an Image King product, we want to make it right, simply and without fuss.
Here is exactly how our warranty and replacement works.
What’s Covered
Every Image King product is covered against manufacturing defects — issues that come from the product itself, not from how it was handled or used. This includes:
Cartridges that are faulty or defective on arrival
Print-quality problems caused by a manufacturing fault
Products that do not perform as they should due to a defect in materials or workmanship
If an Image King product fails because of how it was made, that is on us — and we will replace it.
What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair and clear, our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
Products that have been refilled, tampered with, or modified after purchase
Normal wear, or a cartridge that has simply been used up
Damage from accidents, liquid, or unsuitable storage conditions
Products bought from unauthorised sellers or sources we cannot verify
This is why we always recommend buying from Image King or an authorised Image King dealer — it keeps your purchase traceable, and your warranty valid.
Warranty Period
Image King products are covered for a period of [confirm — e.g. 6 / 12 months] from the date of purchase, or until the product is used up, whichever comes first.
How to Make a Claim
We have kept the process straightforward.
